Welcome to Foxes class

We have an experienced team dedicated to supporting the transition of Year 5 pupils into Upper Key Stage 2. Our focus is on preparing the children both academically and emotionally for Year 6 and beyond.

The National Curriculum objectives for Year 5 are delivered through a variety of schemes. This broad syllabus is enriched with a range of experiences and trips throughout the year, including the Tendring Junior Ambassador Project, which helps to deepen the children’s understanding of culture, diversity, and difference.

We follow the principles of the Fish Philosophy, striving to make each day enjoyable and meaningful for others while creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
